返金ポリシー
1.不具合(事故品)による返品対応
商品の発送及び梱包には、万全を尽くしておりますが、万一「不良品・弊社の発送間違え」或いは「配送途中の破損」などの事故(以降「事故品」といいます)がございましたら、速やかに弊社までご連絡ください。直ちに回収用の資材をお届けし、代品を発送させて頂きます。お手数ですが、お届けする回収用資材にてそのままの状態で、返送いただけますように、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
弊社へのご連絡の方法は、下記「3.連絡と返品の方法について」を参考ください。
2.お客様のご都合(自己都合)による返品について
ご注文の商品が到着後に「お客様のご都合による返品」をご希望の場合は、配達完了日から14日以内で、且つ商品が未開封の時のみ返品および返金を受け付けいたします。また、その際は恐縮ですが、商品ご返品の送料および、ご返金の際の振込手数料は、お客様にてご負担願います。
尚、ご返金は返品確認後にお手続きをさせていただきます。予めご了承ください。
3.連絡と返品の方法について
「事故品」か「自己都合」かを明記の上、

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As the products are used for food processing, we cannot accept returns once they have been used. Please understand this in advance.
To start a return, you can contact us at mail@soporta.tokyo. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
