配送ポリシー

・確実にお届けするために、追跡番号付きの宅配便にて発送します。
・送料はご注文時表示されますのでご確認ください。
・週末または祝日に発注された注文は、翌営業日に処理されます。
・各注文の処理時間は1〜3日となります。
・配達日数は発送地域によって異なります。
・カスタマイズ等の特別な希望がある場合、配達日数が延長される場合もあります。

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we ship your order by parcel with a tracking number.

　We ship from Tokyo to WORLDWIDE by Courier Service(Fedex or DHL) .

• Shipping fees are displayed when you place your order.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.　Processing time for each order is 2-4 days.
• Delivery time varies depending on the shipping area.　Delivery term: US: 2-5days  EU : 3-6 days (A tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment)
• If you have special requests, such as customization　Special requests, such as customization or pre-orders, may result in an extended delivery time.
• (※We are not able to deliver to North Korea, Russia, India. We kindly ask for your understanding.)
• Import duties and VAT; taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the 　buyer's responsibility.
